The Row offers complimentary returns on all orders within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that fragrance, intimates, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them within the shipping box provided with your order.

Attach the Label

Affix the pre-paid UPS shipping label included in your original shipment to the outside of the box, ensuring all previous labels are covered.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our atelier.
